Tipple Top Trail is an intermediate natural surface trail that is accessed from Salt Works Trail and Wild Turkey Trail. You’ll find yourself weaving around hillsides and between trees as you navigate the trail. Tipple Top acknowledges the region’s rich coal mining history. Approximately one-third of Tipple Top was constructed in Phase 1; the remainder of Tipple Top will be constructed in Phase 2 to provide access to the Doanville Trailhead and eventually the larger trail system.
